Fiduciary Liability

As a Fiduciary of your employer-sponsored retirement plan, you are responsible for the plan results. You must act in the sole interest of the plan participants and beneficiaries by adhering to the guidelines set forth in the plan document, investment policy statement, and regulatory standards. It is your responsibility to increase plan participation, deferral rates, and to monitor investment options.
