FLSA Seminar: Are your employees really exempt?
Henderson Brothers has partnered with Littler Mendelson P.C. to bring you a free FLSA seminar worth 2 CE credits. The seminar will review common overtime exemptions & requirements, employer trends for classifying employees, and discuss tips for conducting in-house audits to determine if an employee is entitled to overtime. Robert W. Pritchard and Jill M. Albrecht, representing Littler Mendelson P.C., will present. The seminar will be moderated by Henderson Brothers’ Director of Compliance, Shari Herrle.
