Henderson Brothers (HBI) clients receive access to a personalized website called HBIonline, which is designed to offer time-saving tools and resources that build convenience into managing your everyday work tasks. It is your resource to all of the services that HBI provides and acts as a communication portal between your staff and ours.
- Community – The Community section lets HBI clients’ network with a vast, knowledgeable group of colleagues from all over the country, and share resources and information via the Community’s interactive forum. You have the ability to post questions to peers and provide insight to other’s questions. Topics include Compensation, Employee Relations, HR Development, HR Management Topics, Recruitment, Risk Management, and Others.
- Custom Communications – HBIonline’s two-way document posting capabilities allow a seamless exchange of information sharing and collaboration. HBI clients can download and share documents, make updates, and track a document’s history.
- Resources – Resources supplies HBI clients with a variety of insurance, compliance, and safety websites and articles, all in one convenient location.
- Safety Services – Ready-to-print newsletters covering a variety of industry-related topics, designed to support your key safety messages and programs.
- Documents Library – Communication material that provides Henderson Brothers’ clients with instant access to a library of downloadable articles in categories such as: Benchmark Surveys & Statistics, Compliance & Plan Designs, and Employee Communication & Education.

One of the best features of the risk management focus of HBIonline is the OSHA Log Online. It helps you simplify and manage your OSHA reporting—with all of the occupational safety resources you need in one easily-accessible spot.
Property & Casualty Center
HBIonline also features our Property & Casualty Center which provides you with a personal hotline to Henderson Brothers. This allows you to instantly request or report information, such as:
