We have all heard the expression that the “American Dream” is to own a home. Whether your dream is a house, condo, mobile home or apartment, you will certainly need and want to protect it. A personal home policy will do just that. Whether you own or rent, a homeowners or tenant’s policy will provide coverage for your personal belongings and liability. We understand that everyone’s needs are unique. We are eager to work with you in designing your own personal insurance program.
If you own any investment properties (rental units, duplexes, etc.), there is a specific policy to cover these. A “dwelling fire policy” includes coverage for more than just fire; for example, it includes windstorm and vandalism. There is also coverage available for your fair rental value. We will be happy to customize a dwelling fire policy that meets your needs.

VALUABLE ARTICLES
The amount of coverage a Homeowners Policy will pay is limited on certain categories of personal property. Examples of these would be jewelry, furs, photographic equipment, computers, bullion, fine arts and silverware. Valuable Articles Coverage provides broadened, worldwide coverage for the appraised value of any item you wish to insure.
MINE SUBSIDENCE
Most Homeowners policies exclude coverage for Mine Subsidence. If your homeowners policy excludes mine subsidence and you are living in an undermined area, the federal government also has a program for this.
