Henderson Brothers Risk Management Department works with you to develop a loss control program or help refine your existing program. Establishing an effective loss control program should not be a “cookie cutter” approach. Henderson Brothers uses a problem solving approach that involves working with you on identifying loss sources and developing controls to minimize exposures within your business. 


The Henderson Brothers Loss Control Approach includes a thorough evaluation of your company's current procedures and accident analysis to determine loss trends and identify needs for corrective action. Most loss control methods focus on the physical hazards in your operation without dealing with "unsafe acts" of employees.
