We take a Risk Management approach by offering a wide array of services through our Loss Control, Claims and Consultative Service units. From analyzing your claim history to developing a Loss Control Plan, our team is ready to work with you to improve your experience mod and create a safer workplace for your employees.

Our Loss Control Specialists provide a full menu of services that augment those provided by your carrier. They work closely with you to create Certified Safety Committees so you benefit from not only a safer work environment but also a savings off your workers’ compensation premiums. They perform audits of existing Safety Committees to be certain that you maintain your certification. Our Loss Control specialists are authorized by The OSHA Outreach Program to conduct the OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour General Industry Training. Safety Surveys, Site Inspections and Building Evaluations are just a few of the many services provided to achieve our goals.

When a loss occurs we are there to gather the information and report the claim to your carrier. We maintain all data on our system which allows us to provide you with monthly reports trending your claims. Our reports provide you with the latest financials as well as a monthly status on all open claims. Our staff of claim professionals has many years of claim management experience and will offer advice on how best to manage your claims. We work closely with your carrier and are your advocate to be certain that the claim is managed to the best outcome for you, our client.

Through HBIonline, our Internet-based system, we offer our clients the ability to keep their OSHA logs online and produce annual reports for posting by the press of a button. There is a Community bulletin board that allows you to network with others throughout the country to post questions and interact with your peers. We offer Custom Communications which allows two-way communication between you and Henderson Brothers where you can request certificates, auto ID cards or report a claim. We can post your policies, certificates, auto ID cards or monthly claim reports to this site so you can access the documents whenever it is convenient for you. In addition, we offer services to assist you with compliance issues such as FMLA, Cobra, HIPAA, and Sexual Harassment to name a few. Our staff is available to conduct audits and training in all of these areas.
