Continuing Appropriations Act includes repeal of PPACA Free Choice Vouchers

Many individuals have the opinion that the Health Reform Act is slowing unraveling. Regulations have been delayed, provisions of the Act have been repealed, and now, the House announced today that H.R. 1473 has been approved by a vote of 260 to 167.

Among other things, H.R. 1473, the “Department of Defense and Full-Year Continuing Appropriations Act, 2011, will provide for funding of IRS and repeal sections of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and associated Code provisions dealing with “free choice vouchers.”
