KEVIN BYER HIRED AS HELP DESK TECHNICIAN AT HENDERSON BROTHERS

PITTSBURGH – May 30, 2014 – Kevin Byer was hired as help desk technician at Henderson Brothers Inc. Byer works in the Information Technology department at Henderson Brothers.

Prior to joining Henderson Brothers, Byer was a user services help desk assistant at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.

A Johnstown native, Byer earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where he played collegiate basketball.

 

 

 


 

JAYME L. GRIFFITH HIRED AS ACCOUNT ANALYST AT HENDERSON BROTHERS

PITTSBURGH – May 30, 2014 – Jayme L. Griffith was hired as account analyst in the Group Benefits department at Henderson Brothers Inc.

In her current role, Griffith supports a diverse health and benefits client base spanning in size (small to large) and industry liaison with designated assistant vice president. She investigates, analyzes and resolves complex issues drawing upon technical knowledge and appropriate resources and serves as a patient advocate working with employees to resolve claim, spending account and billing issues.

Prior to joining Henderson Brothers, Griffith worked at UPMC Health Plan as an account service manager. A native of Republic, Pa., Griffith attended California University of Pennsylvania.

 


 

ERIC RHEAM HIRED AS ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT AT HENDERSON BROTHERS

PITTSBURGH – May 30, 2014 – Eric Rheam was hired as assistant vice president in the Employee Benefits department at Henderson Brothers Inc.

Prior to joining Henderson Brothers, Rheam worked at the HDH Group as a vice president in the Employee Benefits Department and at UPMC Health Plan as a Business Analyst. He also spent time in Connecticut as an actuarial analyst at The Hartford within Disability Profit and Risk Management department.

A native of Washington, Pa., Rheam graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor of science in actuarial science.

 

 


 

MARIA ROMITO HIRED AS ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT AT HENDERSON BROTHERS

PITTSBURGH – May 30, 2014 – Maria Romito was hired as assistant vice president in the Employee Benefits department at Henderson Brothers Inc.

Romito provides strategic benefit delivery, managing projects such as integration of Henderson Brothers’ technology services, employee self-service web site, open enrollment communications, targeted employee communications and leave of absence strategies.

With more than 25 years of employee benefits experience, Romito is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists.

Her previous experience includes working with two global employee benefits consulting firms, Mercer Health & Benefits and Towers Perrin and national insurance carrier, Cigna Healthcare.

A native of New Kensington, Romito graduated from Edinboro University with bachelor of arts degrees in communication and psychology.
