Webinar: Implementation Considerations for the Vaccination ETS

COVID quick test

On November 4th the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) introduced an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) for COVID-19 in the workplace. The ETS requires that employers with 100 or more employees implement a program for vaccination against COVID-19 or the regular testing of their staff for COVID-19.  The new ETS is part of the larger pandemic response ecosystem including the Healthcare ETS (June 2021), vaccination requirements for government employees and federal contractors (September 2021), and the actions taken by state and local health authorities.

This webinar will focus on the practical implementation processes to achieve compliance with the Vaccination ETS.  Employers have until December 5th to be in compliance with majority of the ETS requirements.  We will discuss the various aspects of the program as they relate to potential legal challenges to the ETS, human resources considerations, and OSHA’s mission for enforcing safe workplaces.

Join our webinar on Tuesday, November 16th
from 9:00 – 10:00 AM EST.
